The Dash to cure diabetes and Second City Event Overview

Thank you to those of you who attended the Second City fundraising event last Friday. The Dash to cure diabetes was started by Karl Fruecht and his family. Each year, the organization raises enough money to send about 25 campers to the American Diabetes Association's Triangle D camp. In addition to this Second City Event, the organization holds an annual race and walk. This year, the Race of Dash to cure diabetes will be held on Memorial Day Sunday at Citizens Park. Registration for the event will open sometime in February. Over the past fourteen years, The Dash to Cure Diabetes has raised over $600,000. Thank you Karl Fruecht and family for your contributions!
